The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this websiteWe kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

All Bookings with Victoria Villas Bali are subject to these Terms.

At the time of booking or at check-in, Victoria Villas Bali reserves the right to take your credit card details.  We will have your full authority to use this card for any sums that become owing to us due to damaged goods or unpaid services.  No booking reservation is confirmed until payment has been provided.

Check-in/ Check-out
At the time of check-in, we reserve the right to request guest identity in correlation with booking reference. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be used in the case of damaged goods or offences.  We reserve the right to request the information above from every guest staying with Victoria Villas Bali over the age of 16.  We also reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who can not or will not provide the information requested above.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking or through correspondence with the guest, check-in time is anytime after 2:00 pm. on the scheduled arrival date.  All villas that have been booked with received payment will be reserved until 11:59pm on the scheduled day of arrival unless previously agreed directly with Victoria Villas Bali.  

Check-out on the departure date is at 10:00 a.m. (unless a later departure is stated at booking time or agreed upon through correspondence).  Late check-out is absolutely not guaranteed, based on availability, and will be charged at the discretion of Victoria Villas Bali.

Maximum bedroom and villa occupancy is set by Victoria Villas Bali and must be abided by.  The breaking of this rule can result in removal of guests from the villa with no refund.  Please contact us for further information.

Victoria Villas Bali accept payments online only by MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal payments.

All third party excursions, trips, plans, and bookings must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.  Victoria Villas Bali will not be responsible for pre-payment of any additional activities. 

Cancellation Policy
Here at Victoria Villas Bali, we pride ourselves on service and preparation.  This is why we implement a strict cancellation policy. Upon cancellation, guests will receive a 50% refund up until 1 month prior to arrival.  This refund may take up to 30 days to be sent.

Accommodation (the total nightly rate you are charged) and package fees are non-refundable within 1 month of your stay.  Date changes are based on availability and not guaranteed.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Changes or Cancellation by Victoria Villas Bali
Very occasionally Victoria Villas Bali may need to cancel your Booking.  In this case, Victoria Villas Bali will issue you a full refund.  Once the refund has been sent, Victoria Villas Bali will have no further liability to you or your party.

Victoria Villas Bali reserves the right to charge your credit for any damage incurred to your room or the villa or any Victoria Villas Bali property during your stay, including any specialist cleaning necessary, or for any items that are broken and/or missing when you leave.  Upon booking with us, you hereby give Victoria Villas Bali authority to charge you for any damages incurred.

Guest Behaviour
Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times, and to treat villa property and villa staff with care and respect.  Guests are requested to respect neighbouring villa guests, local neighbours, and staff of neighbouring establishments. By staying with Victoria Villas Bali, guests agree not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, or act in a way that causes offence to other guests or Victoria Villas Bali staff members.  Victoria Villas Bali reserves the right to refuse accommodation, services, and/or remove you and any members of your party from the villa if we consider this rule to have been broken. In these particular cases, Victoria Villas Bali has absolutely no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, refund you for your booked package, find you alternate accommodation, or to provide any other services or any other loss or expense incurred through your actions.
